The Council is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and cultural purposes, including but not limited to: Promoting and supporting the arts within the community. Encouraging participation in and access to the arts for all residents. Providing grants, programs, and resources to artists, arts organizations, and cultural initiatives. Serving as an advocate for the importance and value of the arts. Collaborating with civic, educational, and cultural institutions to enrich community life.
